Sharon T. Collins is the President of Catalyst Concepts, Inc. representing 15 years of
experience within the field of Organization Development. She has represented Development
Dimensions International as an account executive with the Federal Government designing a
leadership curriculum for Freddie Mac, customer service program for District of Columbia
Government and an assessment center for USPS. She has been a representative of Celemi
designs for ten years with emphasis in the retail sector, consumer products, manufacturing,
financial services, health care and information technology. She is currently on the faculty of
the Professional and Executive Education program at UNCW.
